White Chocolate Cherry Chip Cookies

Since Valentine’s Day is coming up, I decided to share one of my Grandmother’s favorite cookies. The pretty red cherry chips make them a perfect cookie for the holiday, and they are so easy to throw together with just three ingredients. She always had something like these cookies on hand to share with friends who stopped by for a cup of hot tea or a grandchild who needed some spoiling.

To fancy them up a bit, I added white chocolate chips. OK, my five year old thought of that, but it’s a great idea.

Hope you enjoy them!

  • Combine the cake mix, eggs and oil in large mixing bowl. Sprinkle in the chips. Mix well.
  • Refrigerate the dough for 15 minutes.
